Olives must be mechanically harvested in order to mill the olives as quickly as possible to ensure optimum freshness

Every one of our olive oils comes from award winning, co-op owned farms, meaning that each farmer not only has a stake in the quality of the oil that is produced and sold, but also consistently proves this quality on an international level through taste tests and chemical analysis.
